  • you do not want to waste time on the company registration,
  • it is necessary to promptly conclude a contract
  • it is necessary urgently to participate in a tender

Our Clients prefer to use this service also bearing in mind current changes in the Russian legislation, where established necessity at least of one of the Participant (Shareholder) to be present in the Russian Federation during registration procedure in order to submit necessary documents to the tax inspectorate personally.

Ready- made company is the company, which was already incorporated in the form of a commercial organization (LLC, JSC) or non-commercial organization (their “age” can be from 2 weeks to several years).

Ready-made company has the following advantages:

  1. There is no necessity for the Participant (Shareholder to be present in the Russian Federation during registration procedure (no  necessity to go to Notaries and to the Tax inspectorate)
  2. Company has all certificates from Tax inspectorate and non-budgetary funds
  3. Company has stamp, paid authorized capital (by cash or by property), statistical codes, General director, open bank accounts
  4. In case of necessity such company may posses licenses, certificates
  5. The guarantee of legal  ÷èñòîòûis that we provide you with the full package of accounting reports, extracts from bank accounts, where you may see that there were no operations on the bank account

The process of acquisition consists of the following steps:

  • transfer of shares to the new participant (shareholder)
  • change of the general director (if necessary)
  • preparation of new foundation documents and implementation of their registration in the Tax inspectorate
